These FAQs are for financial institution use only and can be used as an employee awareness and education tool to help your frontline staff promote the 2011 Bill Pay Summer Sweepstakes. We recommend directing your members & bill pay subscribers to the official rules for answers to their questions. Full official rules for the sweepstakes can be located here:www.pscufs.com/rules.

How does the sweepstakes work?

The sweepstakes promotional period is June 1, 2011 through July 31, 2011 and is designed to encourage the acquisition and activation of online bill payment services. PSCU Financial Services, as the sponsor, will facilitate the administrative portion of the program including working with our Sweepstakes Administrator, The National Sweepstakes Company, to randomly select all of the prize winners. The Sweepstakes Administrator will also manage the distribution of the Grand, First and Second prizes. The $100 Third prize will be distributed by the financial institution. We ask that you promote the sweepstakes on your web site and in branches, to encourage enrollment and usage of online bill payment services. In order for your financial institution to participate in the sweepstakes, please complete and submit the online sweepstakes enrollment form no later than 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, April 29, 2011.

How long will the sweepstakes last?

The promotion will begin on June 1, 2011 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time and end on July 31, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. 

When will the winners be announced?

Winners will be selected on or about August 26, 2011. Winners will be announced shortly thereafter.

How many prizes will be awarded?

Grand Prize (1): One randomly selected winner will be awarded $10,000. The Grand Prize winner will be selected from all eligible entries received from all participating financial institutions. First Prize (1): One randomly selected winner will be awarded a $2,000 Travel Certificate, provided by Montrose Travel. The First Prize winner will be selected from all eligible entries received from all participating financial institutions. Second Prizes (2): Two randomly selected winners will be awarded a 16 GB Apple® iPad ™ with iPad case  The Second Prize winners will be chosen from all eligible entries received from all participating financial institutions. Third Prizes: One randomly selected winner from each participating financial institution will be awarded $100.00. Each Third Prize winner will be selected from all eligible entries received from each participating financial institution. The presentation of the $100.00 Third prize will be left up to the discretion of the financial institution (i.e. gift card, cash, giant check, etc…)

Is there a fee to participate?

There is no fee to participate in the sweepstakes.

Who is eligible for the sweepstakes?

The sweepstakes will be open to all consumers who are U.S. residents and 18 years of age or older. Business entities are not eligible to participate. Employees of the financial institution and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate or win sweepstakes prizes.  Please refer to our official rules for additional details.

How does a bill pay subscriber qualify for the sweepstakes?

To qualify, a bill pay subscriber must properly schedule a minimum of three (3) online bill payments during the Sweepstakes Period using your financial institution’s online bill payment service.  A maximum of 30 entries is allowed.

Is there an alternative method of entry for consumers who do not want to enroll in bill pay?

Yes. PSCU-FS will provide a customized entry form to each participating financial institution. Copies of these entry forms should be made available at each financial institution branch location and all financial institution employees should be aware of where the entry forms are located at the branch in order to direct consumers who inquire. At the end of the campaign period, each financial institution will mail all entry forms received to the Sweepstakes Administrator, The National Sweepstakes Company, using the self-addressed envelope provided by PSCU-FS. The envelope should be delivered to the Sweepstakes Administer no later than August 10, 2011.

Where can a consumer find the nearest location in order to obtain an entry form?

Consumers can search for the nearest location by selecting a state in the drop down box on the web page www.pscufs.com/locations.

What marketing collateral is available to promote the sweepstakes to our members?

The following tactics are available. Customization and printing of materials is the responsibility of the financial institution.

Is there a cost for the marketing collateral?

There is no cost for the design files which will be available for download from http://sweeps.pscufs.com/collateral, or via CD-Rom. In order to manipulate these files you will need Adobe InDesign CS4, an Adobe Interchange file is included for Adobe InDesign CS3. Also included in the downloads are press ready PDF files.

Can I order printed collateral from PSCU-FS?

Yes. We can facilitate the printing of the poster, counter card, and statement insert at the costs outlined below. If you choose to use these services, please be sure to check the box on the enrollment form, accepting the fees at the time of enrollment. We are not able to customize these items. If you would like to brand the materials with your logo, customization and printing are the responsibility of the financial institution. Please note that the collateral should not be altered in anyway other than the addition of the financial institution’s logo. As the sponsor of the promotion, PSCU-FS reserves the right to seek legal recourse should alterations be made.

What is the deadline to submit orders for collateral if I want to utilize your printing services?

The deadline to request printed collateral is April 29, 2011.

How does your Financial Institution participate in the sweepstakes?

A sweepstakes enrollment form must be completed and submitted to PSCU Financial Services by April 29, 2011.
